Our Library is closed at this time. However, if you have a Library card, in good standing, with the City of Torrance, County of Los Angeles (Lomita, Carson, etc.), Redondo Beach, Palos Verdes, El Segundo, and many other city libraries in Southern California, you can borrow e-books and read for free. These libraries have a variety of downloadable and streaming digital materials that you can use on PCs, laptops, tablets, and smartphones.
All it takes is the Library card number and downloading the "App" that that library uses for e-books.
City of Torrance uses the Axis 360 App. More information can be found on the Torrance Library website at:
